RECOMMENDED USE: This formula helps to maintain immune function and has been traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract). Other traditional uses in Herbal Medicine include the promotion of sweating (diaphoretic), fever relief (in cases of common colds, flus) as well clearing accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: (Adults 19 years or older): 1 softgel 2 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    • Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra subsp. Canadensis) 4:1 extract……………. 400mg
    • Zinc Citrate ………………………………………………………………………………………  10mg
  • NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Vegan Capsule(Tapioca starch, glycerin, purified water), maltodextrin, magnesium stereate.
  • CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use particularly if you are breastfeeding or pregnant. If symptoms persist or worsen please contact your health care practitioner. Do not exceed a total of 8 capsules per day.
  • KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Diuretic effect (excess urination and fluid loss) and/or hypersensitivity (allergy) may occur in which case discontinue use. The consumption of zinc may also cause a copper deficiency.
  • STORAGE CONDITIONS: Protect from heat and moisture to maximize effectiveness.
